  4. Include... inserts a saved file into your current file.

  6. Move the insertion point to the place in your file just 
  7. before the spot where you would like the saved file to be 
  8. included.

  10. Choose Include... from the Edit menu and a box will
  11. offer you the choice of the saved files on your disk.  
  12. Choose the file to be included, and that saved file will be
